New clients, the first Acupuncture session is 75-90mins long, as we set aside time to discuss and assess your medical history and health goals. Think of this as a wellness meet and greet. If you wish to use your insurance to cover the cost of treatments, I only accept OUT OF NETWORK benefits currently and you can submit your info below to see if we take yours by clicking on the button. For your self- pay convenience I accept cash, venmo, zelle, most credit cards, and FSA/HSA cards.

ALL PAYMENTS FOR SERVICES ARE DUE AT THE TIME OF THE APPOINTMENT REGARDLESS OF INSURANCE STATUS

Cancellation Policy

Please give the office 24 hours if you're unable to make the scheduled date and time. Non compliance with this policy will result in 50% of the service cost to be charged to your credit card that was used to make the appointment. However, the policy is flexible should you wake up on the morning of your appointment with a high fever, cough, headache or any other notable covid-19 symptoms. Please contact me as soon as you can if this happens.

How to prepare for your appointment and a safe office visit

  • Avoid large meals 1 hour before appointment

  • Do eat a light meal or snack 1-2 hours before appointment

  • Avoid heavy alcohol, recreational drugs, tobacco, and food and drink that drastically color the tongue before your appointment. Yes, that includes coffee!

  • Avoid rigorous exercise or sexual activity within an hour before your appointment

  • You're encouraged to take your body temperature the night before your appointment and immediately email me if readings are above 100.4F

  • Washing of hands with soap & water or hand sanitizer will be required when you enter the office and prior to leaving

  • You're encouraged to bring your own water for hydration as our water dispenser is temporarily discontinued

  • Please be on time for your visit and leave promptly post visit to limit waiting time

  • HEPA air filtration is implemented in the treatment rooms
